The following steps will show you how to renew materials
online:
1. Login to
My Account.
2. You should see your list of checked-out items with a SELECT FOR
RENEWAL box next to each item that qualifies for renewal (see note
below).
3. To renew items, click in the “Select for Renewal” box for ALL the
items you wish to renew. YOUR
RENEWAL WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS THIS BOX IS SELECTED.
4. Click the “Renew” button.
5. You should see a screen showing the item information and new due
date(s) for the item(s). The change in due
date shows that the transaction was successful. We suggest you write the
new due date on the book date due slip for your reference.
Please note that the new due date will be calculated from
the date of renewal, not from the original due date.
Note: the ‘Select for Renewal’ box will not appear in a
number of situations, including:

If the item is more than 9 days overdue

If the item has already been renewed once
-
If you have system-generated blocks against your name
(due to other overdue items, excessive fines, etc.)
